What We Offer

Hybrid working –Tuesday – Thursday in the office, with Monday and Friday working remotely
 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
 2 purpose days each year to take time out to support charity, environmental or sustainability causes close to your heart, or join our company-wide purpose day initiatives
 Long service leave – 1 extra day after 1 year, a further 2 days after your 2nd year and another 2
after your 3rd year, so 5 extra days after 3 years
 Bi-monthly well-being hour
 Friday 4pm finish
 Private Healthcare Insurance and well-being reward scheme
