It's a senior role and therefore needs an experienced account director with masses of client handling and team management skills and a high level of service delivery for clients and agency team members.

Working across a diverse range of clients, you will be tasked with leading the teams, and creating the campaigns, from both a strategic and operational view point. Clients are from public sector, fmcg, local business and national networks, and charities, so the client work is varied, interesting and challenging. One of the best things about this agency is their flexibility in their approach to finding the right person for this job - they will consider flexible working hours (in fact that is part of their extensive benefits package) and will put together a package to attract the right person.
