You’re a doer. You’re pro-active. And you see things through to the end. In short, you’re the light at the end of the tunnel. And you’re just the sort of person we love at Nationwide.
About the role
Every great team needs people who make things happen. And people you can rely on to do it well. As a Communications Business Partner, you’ll be just that. Working with one of our key business divisions; Sales & Marketing, Retail & Contact Centres, Non-Retail, Finance, Group Operations or Group Development, you’ll add value at every opportunity and provide the very best advice when it comes to employee communications. You’ll recognise that each business area is different and tailor your approach accordingly, getting to know them and championing their area of the business. You’ll also produce quality employee communication briefs, manage communications projects and write specified communications deliverables in a whole range of areas, from DVD scripts and intranet content to presentations.
About you
Working closely with a team of Consultants who’ll help you deliver projects, you’ll need to be a great communicator. You’ll also be an impressive networker and who is confident and can influence at every level. With proven experience gained in a similar role, you’ll have the business acumen that will bring real gravitas to our communications initiatives.
About us
There’s plenty to be excited about at Nationwide. For our customers, it might be that we’re the world’s biggest building society and the UK’s largest mutual organisation. For our people, it could be our impressive range of training initiatives and career opportunities, plus the supportive team culture that underpins our success. And for everyone associated with us, the stability of some 13 million members, 20 million accounts and 19,000 employees would be a great place to start.
