Job: Brands - global beauty role, Median Recruitment Limited

The thriving London office of this international agency is looking to make a senior hire in their brand marketing practice to work over a massive FMCG brand and to operate the global strategic hub.

This is a new role created to help facilitate and grow existing business as well as to attract and win new business. Working with a strong team in support, the role will require highly strategic and creative input to senior level client contacts, and requires somebody who has experience working alongside other communications agencies and maintaining brand messages across integrated campaigns. The purpose of this role is to create PR focussed brand campaign plans, from the genesis of ideas to the development of toolkits which will be used by a global network. With excellent buy-in from the client and sizeable budgets to work with, it's an exciting chance to get under the skin of a range of products within the brand portfolio and work with industry professionals, influencers, stakeholder groups and key media and editors to help position your client.

You will either have proven beauty industry experience, coupled with a good understanding of consumer brands and audience behaviour, or a track record on major FMCG brands operating global strategic campaigns.

The existing team is fun, intuitive and creative and we are looking for someone with a positive management style to lead this passionate set of individuals. You will be supported by a strong Board Director and the MD in your role.
