A global travel business based in Bedfordshire needs a Head of Internal Communications to create, develop and evolve a 5 year internal communications strategy. It comes on the back of a period of significant change for this business. You’ll be dealing with the backdrop of a major re-brand, as well as a structural overhaul, so the knock on involves a focus on employee engagement and internal brand re-alignment. You’ll be a highly experienced communications specialist ready to work closely with both UK and International Board and Senior Managers while managing a team of six who’ll be helping you roll out a set of initiatives with the aim of re-positioning elements of the business in line with its fresh vision and spirit.
