Job: PR Officer, The Foundry

This well-known and upbeat national children’s charity is keen to hire a PR Officer to take ownership of the PR for the organisation’s up-coming projects and campaigns. You’ll play a proactive role in media relations activity designed to raise awareness of the great work the charity does and to promote its messages. You’ll need to have an eye for spotting an opportunity for a story as well as experience using celebrities to endorse products. It is essential that you have good writing skills and excellent contacts across national and regional media. Anyone with a desire to work in a busy press office and a knack for selling in a story will do well here. This role is offered initially as a one year contact.
