Job: Consumer Health Director, Median Recruitment Limited

Director role to head up the consumer healthcare business in this globally networked agency. A great split between management responsibilities and senior, hands-on client work - this role offers a chance to participate in the running of the healthcare practice as a whole, building relationships with peers across the wider network, whilst managing some significant client business which is seen as a key growth driver for the practice moving forward.

Working within a 50 strong healthcare practice, with a distinct brand and identity within and apart from its parent group, you will work in a senior management team of 6 – with you taking specific responsibility for the consumer business.

As head of this business unit, you will work strategically to grow the offer and provide new services; work cross practice to identify new opportunities; drive the new business and marketing function for the consumer health division; and will be accountable for profitability on existing business. As a motivating and inspiring manager you will lead by example, building strong relationships with senior clients and ensuring the division provides added value service and proactive ideas and solutions to clients on a regular basis.

We are looking for the flair and creativity which will ensure this unit continues to expand its expertise within the consumer health field, and to truly engage consumers in a market where translating science and navigating through regulatory minefields is par for the course on any given day.
