You'll be working in the media distrubution side of the business, in the corporate communications team and your role will be to support the PR Manager and Director.This will include:
General Support
• Support Director in approving and monitoring client comms activity
• Support Director with Comms activity for key market events (screenings etc)
• Help with organisation of media events e.g. press lunches, screenings
• Help collate information/fact check for press materials
• Support Director in liaising with and providing information to key stakeholders
• Maintain up to date contact list of key journalists, and arrange mailings to this group
Press Cuttings
• Help search business/media press and web sites daily for relevant news
• Send relevant articles and releases for daily press cuttings
General Admin Support
You will need a proven track record and experience in PR/Corporate Communications and have excellent media relations skills, as well a relevant contacts in the national/business press.
