Internal Communications Manager
Due to expansion this successful leading service provider in Worcestershire, are recruiting for an Internal Communications Manager to join their busy team. Your core responsibilities will be to drive and manage multiple multi-sited internal communications projects, launches and events throughout the organisation and maximise resources available to engage and motivate employees through the use of a wide range of communication tools including face to face, electronic and printed communications. It goes with saying that you will have exceptional writing skills, with the ability to write creative and eye catching copy for a large audience who may not necessarily have access to computers or telephones therefore the candidate will need to be able to communicate messages with a variety of tools using new and innovative ideas and implement accordingly. You will have had previous experience in managing the production, editing and design of the various newsletters, recording and writing up useful/helpful information on views, feedback and opinions, communicating and liaising with people at different levels including senior management and the organisation of numerous charity events, open days and promotional / sponsorships events. You may also have had involvement with roadshows and managing communications for multiple sites and HR focussed internal communications.
As a person you will have strong organisational skills, be resilient, calm, adaptable and flexible. Also a confident yet approachable personality, proactive / self starter style attitude to your work who can also demonstrate they are a valued team member. You must have a good understanding of the organisation’s set business objectives ensuring to manage and deliver projects efficiently and effectively and on time within budget.
