Key responsibilities for this communications manager include:
- Helping to develop and deliver the firm’s corporate communications strategy across EMEA
- Working with senior management to develop and deliver the PR plan for the real estate finance team
- Building the profile of the real estate finance team in the national and international media
- Working closely with the firm’s marketing function to ensure integrated communications
- Event management and support
- Press office duties, including providing communications support for issues and crises
Key qualifications and skills required for this role include:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Successful track record of delivering PR in or on behalf of a major corporate or PLC
- Knowledge of the property/real estate media ideal
- Experience of working in investor relations and/or financial PR advantageous
- Track record of successful working with senior management
- Evidence of developing PR strategy and tactical delivery
- Strong, hands on, media relations skills
