Senior Account Manager / PR and Advertising / Central London

c £35,000

This fully integrated agency in the heart of London has expertise in PR, advertising, digital, branding and design and is keen to strengthen the team with the addition of a Senior Account Manager.  This is a unique role since you’ll work closely with the PR and media teams but will ultimately take responsibility for the advertising strand of their consumer lifestyle accounts.

You’ll take a lead in all aspects of day-to-day management of the client starting from research and planning into product claims through to securing appropriate TV slots for advertising.  You’ll be expected to manage all projects and campaigns with some senior input and provide strategic and tactical consultancy and advice to clients. 

Planning skills are essential over and above tactical input as you’ll have a team of more juniors to assist you with the more “hands-on” activity.   That said, this tends to be an agency where you lead by example when it comes to managing and motivating your team. 

Ideally you’ll have gained your experience to date in a fully integrated communications consultancy or a dedicated advertising agency and have a sound understanding of how the complete communications remit comes together. Digital work, across all platforms, is also high on their client’s agenda so you’ll need to be up to speed with the most recent developments in this field.
