World famous international technology PR consultancy, well known for its smart and strategic campaigns and also for its excellence as a place to work, based in central London in impressive modern offices. While this is a large consultancy, the teams are well structured and closely knit and there is heavy investment in learning and development, with regular appraisals. Clients range across technology sectors and feature some of the world's largest technology brands for software, computing, telecoms, networks, security and consulting services.
Due to new wins and also increased business from an existing clients, they are now looking for a talented and motivated account manager to handle EMEA level PR campaigns. The work will involve a large slice of b2b, but will also include some corporate technology work and will include product launches, media relations, senior executive profiling, thought leadership and events across European territories. There are large scale projects and events to help manage, white papers to prepare, customer advocacy case studies - it's a full on, challenging and varied role where you will gain experience quickly and benefit from the advise of senior team members. You will also be responsible for managing and appraising account executives, managing budgets and you'll assist on new business pitches, working closely with account dircetors.
This role is the perfect opportunity for an account manager who has been working on tech PR campaigns in a small or medium sized agency and wants to step up to a big agency environment and international clients. It would also suit someone working in a large agency looking for a change of scene, new clients and/or pan-European work, or indeed very strong senior account executives in large agencies looking for a step up toaccount manager level.
The reward package excellent. There will be some opportunities for international travel should you wish, and you'll work closely with offices and partners across Europe and the US. To be considered, you must have an excellent track record of b2b technology PR press coverage and experience handling technology PR from within the UK market to at least senior account executive level.
Salary: £30,000 to £38,000 depending on experience, plus excellent package.
