Account Director, Healthcare agency
Our client is one of the most successful independent healthcare agencies in London. Due to a series of senior promotions and a number of new business wins they are keen to find an AD to strengthen the team. The role offers a good opportunity to work on a mix of UK and global accounts across a diverse range of disease areas.
The agency, which has been established for nearly 20 years, has a unique culture and one where talent and good work are quickly recognised and rewarded. There is plenty of scope for a good AD to really thrive and make a significant contribution.
We are looking for an AD with previous agency experience and some experience of running and mentoring a team. On a day to day basis you will:
Develop strategic comms programmes for clients and help deliver them to a high standard on time and to budget
Lead designated account teams and help coach and mentor more junior members of the team
Initiate and drive new business opportunities including organic growth
You will have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and be diplomatic with KOLs! You will also be able to demonstrate good strategic expertise and excellent written and oral communications skills. It is also vital that you can oversee and motivate a time and be able to delegate where necessary.
