The successful candidate will have broad and relevant experience and a proven track record in international internal and change communications and employee engagement, ideally gained in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment. Responsibilities will include:
Leadership communications counselling
Staff engagement strategies and activities
Support for international and UK organisational change programmes and global projects
Development of UK-wide communications infrastructure, plans and tools (across a number of locations)
Expertise in digital and social communication as a driver for employee engagement
