Associate Director

One of London's most exciting agencies is looking to bring onboard two Associate Directors with tried and tested experience looking after broad portfolios of leading consumer clients.

This agency offers an excellent environment to work in and have an enviable staff turnover of just 1%. Ideal candidates will understand PR from a wider angle than purely agency experience; this may take the form of time spent in-house or in the media or political industries but they must have big brand experience from one of London's top PR agencies.

The agency is looking for two Associate Directors who can not only deliver benefits to the client businesses through fully integrated campaigns with multi-channeled content, but also those who can retain and grow those accounts through client consultancy and strong and strategic team leadership.

The responsibilities for the role include the growth of business, accounts and clients as well as the immediate team. The wider duties of the Associate Director role include the maintenance of the agency culture which promotes innovation and learning through a positive working environment.
