Working for this large, fast paced business you will take responsibility for developing, delivering and managing internal communications strategy, plans and activity across a large division of this global brand.
In addition you will also manage and develop a small team of 2 Internal Communication Managers.

Working closely with the Head of Internal Communications and senior executive team you will help shape the future and value of this internal communications department.
You will specifically focus on supporting key business units and their management teams, providing internal communications strategic advice and implementation support.
Although some processes and procedures are already in place within this business you will be given the freedom to develop and implement your own ideas!

To succeed in this role you will require the following skills and experience:
Significant internal communications experience, including strategic development of internal communications plans and a track record of successful implementation.
Experience of working within a complex and fast paced business environment, managing multiple projects to tight timescales.
Excellent writing and editing skills and experience of communicating via on and offline channels.
Experience of managing and advising senior business managers.
Gravitas and excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
Ideally some experience of people management
