About the marketing and communications team…
The marketing and communications team at East Thames are responsible for communicating to residents and customers through regular publications, web, public relations and events. The team is also responsible for media work, stakeholder relations and communicating to the group’s 800+ staff.

Web and digital communications officer

East Thames is looking for a web and digital communications officer to work within the marketing and communications team. You will be responsible for the Group’s website, e-marketing campaigns and social media. Some experience or flair for graphic design is also a must.

You’ll have strong technical skills and experience including with web content management systems, coding and analytics. But you’ll also be creative and understand digital marketing and how to develop an effective campaign to communicate with residents, customers and stakeholders. You’ll be familiar with all types of social media and know the right one to use for different projects.

Part of the job will be to produce digital designs such as web adverts and banners so experience with graphics packages and some flair for design would be an advantage.

You’ll need to be able to work within a team and have excellent communication and organisation skills.
