Great writing is a must, ability to keep a calm head when all those around you are losing theirs and 3 years’ experience in PR a necessity.
Need to be mobile and have bags of energy to manage the PR needs of several retail shopping centres. Never a dull day and never two days the same!

PMW Communications in beautiful West Sussex is looking for an Account Manager to work in their retail team. You would be responsible for looking after a variety of shopping centres to help drive footfall and increase sales through a mixture of events and PR stunts including fashion shows, beauty days, character appearances and any other ideas you can dream up!
Three years’ experience in the PR arena in essential, as is experience in the retail and/or event management sector. A passion for achieving top results and press coverage is a must.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running whose main responsibilities will include:
o Event organisation
o Writing press releases for B2C and B2B
o Media relations
o Day to day client liaison
o Report writing
o Managing and mentoring other members of staff
A full, valid driving licence is required.

Hours:
Full-time – 9am to 5.30pm (occasional out of office hours and weekend work is required)
