Managing a small team of IC professionals you will take responsibility for developing, managing and delivering internal communications across divisions of this large global business.
Working with senior stakeholders within the organisation, you will develop communications which support a variety of challenging, commercial business goals.
You will work closely with other members of the Communications team to ensure a fully integrated communications strategy, which supports all functions and business areas.
Your communications experience and knowledge will be used to support a variety of activities, including business change projects, the launch of new products and services, an employee engagement programme and commercial targets etc.
You will manage budgets, agencies and other business relationships as required.
You will also be responsible for measuring the success and value added of your IC activities and campaigns.

To succeed in this position you will need the following skills and experience:
Significant Internal Communications experience, ideally gained in large, complex organisations
Experience of working with senior stakeholders; excellent stakeholder management experience
People management experience, ideally you will have managed at least two staff previously
Excellent spoken, written English. There is no requirement to speak languages other than English. English is the formal company language.
Track record of leadership and budget responsibility
Excellent project management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ideally a university degree in communications or similar
