Award winning and highly successful international PR company who provide the full range of PR services, managing the reputations and brands of a wide range of high profile clients in many sectors including world leaders in politics and business, retail, industry and commercial.
Newly appointed role for an experienced events and marketing professional with strong admin skills.
Reporting mainly into the Head of Marketing & Communications and also the Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
* Running corporate hospitality events & meetings for high-end clients
* General support to the MarComm & Ops Director
* Setting up large internal meetings
* Ownership of central database
* Intranet management
This role is a mix between event organisation, marketing and admin. You will be systems orientated, a self starter with a good experience of planning and delivering events, running a database and general communications management. As you will need to hit the ground running - initiative, drive and enthusiasm are key attributes for this role. You'll be working across 6 different business areas, liaising internally at senior level so you will most definitely need excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail.
