Account Director

This fully intergrated agency is seeking a account director to join their team. You will work alongside Head of PR with the view to you moving into this role. The company totals 30 and the PR team you will manage is 9. They need a solid account director who will work with senior management on the strategic direction and growth of the company. As a growing account director, you will be looking for your next move and for one that will allow you to move into a more senior position. The role will see you working at a strategic level, you will manage and mentor your team, as well as looking at new ways of growing the teams and the business. They have an impressive list of clients, which range in sectors from B2B to B2C. As an account director you will have experience across multiple sectors, and be able to inspire and lead teams. You will supportive and be-able to work within the work life balance culture. You will want to be part of a senior management team and to be-able to shape and direct the vision of the PR division.
