Our client, a highly prestigious London PR agency, recognised as one of the very best performers in technology PR, is looking to hire an exceptional B2B Technology PR Account Director to their team.
The agency is known for retaining some of the biggest names in technology and for their creative attitude to PR in this space. They enjoy pushing the boundaries whilst achieving great results for their clients.
As Account Director you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients, managing a team of AM's/AE's and supporting on new business opportunities. You will use your media and industry contacts to get results, whilst ensuring your team are up to speed and meeting targets. They should enjoy proactively managing a busy portfolio of clients, and working in a team without ego
Responsibilities include:
*Senior contact for all clients, managing a team of talented consultants
*Support new business deals throughout lifecycle and develop existing client relationships
*Introducing clients to senior members of press where applicable and ensure you maintain excellent relationships with relevant media and industry influencers (both on and offline)
The ideal candidate will have:
*Proven experience managing technology B2B clients (agency experience is preferable)
*Strong technology media relations - trade & nationals
*Experience managing Account Managers and Account Executives
*A proactive nature with excellent leadership and motivational skills
