A fantastic opportunity to lead Internal Communications within a high profile division of this well known financial services brand.
Working at the heart of the organization you will lead a team of highly skilled IC professionals to develop and deliver internal communications which connect with employees across the business and make a genuine impact on engagement levels and ultimately business performance.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Creating an internal communications strategy and plan that is aligned to the delivery of business goals.
Drive the business and internal communications strategy by identifying issues and trends, and initiating projects across the full spectrum of internal communications activity
Developing an internal communications strategy that drives change; strengthening connectivity across the business and aligning staff behind a clear direction and purpose for the business which will drive strong financial and operational performance
Provide strategic communications advice for the Executive team
Define and deliver a leadership communication strategy and programme including advising the CEO and Board on messaging and positioning
Drive efficient communication programmes and campaigns based on business requirements
Manage, develop and lead a team of IC professionals to deliver outstanding internal communications

To succeed in this position you will require the following skills and experience:
Significant and in depth communications experience from within the financial services sector, with demonstrable evidence of business partnering activities across multiple stakeholders
Ability to influence at a senior level
Matrix and multiple project management experience
Ability to operate within an environment of change
Proven people management skills including motivating and influencing teams
In depth technical and professional communications knowledge
Strong business acumen.
