This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced PR Manager to take up a newly created position in this global business who are leaders in Integrated Loyalty, Marketing, Insurance and travel membership.
The Company
This privately owned company operates from 24 offices in 19 countries and is the holding company for leading B2C and B2B marketing services, membership and insurance brands, the groups clients expertise spans a range of sectors including travel, hospitality, IT & Technology.
The Role
Due to expansion across multiple areas, the group recognise the value of centralising their PR to better leverage the groups IP, which to date has been managed by individual brands. They are now looking for a PR Manager for their newly formed centralised PR department, who will work closely with the PR director to develop and maintain a PR Strategy that complements the overall group marketing strategy. Responsibilities will include;
Implementing PR Governance and structure within the department
Ensure company's brand is managed and communicated appropriately through a variety of channels
Daily coordination & communication with the groups UK specialist PR agencies, ensuring objectives are met & reported to senior management
In addition you will support the Group's PR Director managing overseas office releases to local agencies/channels and with the daily management of the companies online PR platform for CRM, distribution and reporting.
The Candidate
You will be a B2B PR purist, have experience of managing PR agencies, excellent interpersonal skills and have a collaborative approach. Ideally you will have worked client side in a brand environment and have good industry contacts. Previous experience of the travel, financial services, retail or tech industry would be advantageous as would experience of global PR planning and management, there is potentially some travel involved so languages would be a distinct advantage.
