Senior Account Manager - B2B - Boutique Agency - London - £38,000 plus great benefits
My client is a super boutique PR agency. Based in London, their campaigns for a range of eclectic and exciting clients are renowned for their creativity and originality.
My client is looking to appoint a Senior Account Manager or rising Account Manager to work within the media, marketing and digital team. The successful candidate will have a background in B2B PR, ideally into media/marketing/corporate clients and what is described as "consumer instincts". The work would primarily be across a range of media and marketing clients across corporate and B2B.
Ideally you will have an interest in creative industry issues, as much of your time will be spent on clients in this space. You will be the day-to-day manager of and primary contact point for a range of B2B accounts. Your role will involve the planning of PR strategies, contribution of creative ideas across all clients, proactively identifying media opportunities for all clients. Activities will include conducting interviews, media planning, developing and distributing press releases, securing coverage in trade, consumer, national and business publications, writing of articles, sourcing speaking opportunities and writing and distributing case studies. There will also be plenty of events work from planning to management of client events - these could include press launches, conferences and journalist parties.
