Internal Communication Manager
Reporting to the CEO you will take responsibility for all internal communication activities across the Group, developing and implementing strategic IC programmes to increase employee engagement, satisfaction and communication. You will plan and write all communication material for use across a range of channels including intranet, newsletters social media, emails etc), help with employee surveys / feedback, and essentially act as a consultant to the business providing communication expertise at all levels.
Successful candidates will have a proven internal communications background, gained within a well-respected Brand, , in any industry. You will be hands-on, with well developed stakeholder management skills and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.
Personally you will be lively and confident, with the ability to engage a wide range of people with a clear and simple writing style.
It's an exciting time to join the business on an initial 6 month fixed term contract, with the potential of going permanent.
