Internal Comms Manager

A newly created role with a fast growing, highly successful business, you’ll devise and deliver internal communications programmes across the UK, working closely with senior management at national and regional level to support specific initiatives and provide advice and guidance on all internal communications activity.
In addition to developing and producing communications channels, both traditional and digital, you’ll write and/or edit news and articles for the intranet as well as senior management statements, support on events and contribute to the development of employee surveys, all the while working closely with colleagues in marketing, branding and public affairs to ensure consistent messaging.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you’ll have the ability to influence and advise senior management throughout change and you’ll demonstrate a track record in developing messaging and delivering effective internal communications programmes for a varied and dispersed workforce. Outstanding oral and written communications skills and strong project management skills are important and you’ll be adept at producing innovative channels and tools.
