An independent Top 150 PR Consultancy with a tech team that is a Top 40 Technology PR Consultancy in its own right, our client has an enviable client list of major business brands from professional and financial services, technology and property sectors as well as dynamic start-ups and prestigious Universities, Institutes & Associations, Think Tanks and Public Sector organisations.
They are looking for a new Associate / Board Director to join their successful growing team to support future business growth and work closely with the MD and Board to help manage the consultancy. The role will include senior oversight of communications programmes across a range of accounts; leading and mentoring teams; winning new business and playing a key role in the strategy and operations of the company. You will be confident in supporting and nurturing a team of Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Executives and be proficient in building strong and lasting client relationships.
Sitting on the Board of Directors, you will play a strategic role in this successful growing independent agency and help shape and develop its future.
The role will suit someone with energy, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit; a strong agency background; deep B2B knowledge; high standards and excellent creative and strategic insight. Our candidate will enjoy working in a forward thinking fast paced environment with an extremely bright and ambitious team. While clients are based in London, Europe and the US; the role is based in Brighton with regular meetings in London and other locations.
You must demonstrate proven new business capability and will have involvement in new growth areas of the business including international network, partnerships and new services.
