My client is an independent communications agency. They deal in creative solutions to business challenges, crafting campaigns and content that work exceptionally hard to convey brilliant ideas with passion.  They need an amazing competent, established Account Director that can work on one of their client’s global campaigns that is approximately a 10 month focus.  This role is  permanent hire!

The client is a global drinks brand that has a birthday coming up and therefore have some amazing activity happening in the next 10 months based around one concept.  The agency has the global creative lead and strategy.  The campaign is integrated – we all use the word, but this really is integrated!  Loads of digital content, loads of experiential, loads of social and loads of fun – and hard work of course! ;-)  You do not need to have drinks experience!!

The most important requirement is for you to have the global campaign experience and be a dab hand at writing and directing toolkits.  With this being global, and as the Account Director, you will have a team under you consisting of AM’s and below, who are waiting for a focused leader to guide them in delivering some amazing fun activity but also there to support you and the Director you will report to.

The campaign is very much at planning stage which will ensure you are a part of this campaign from the beginning.  You will need to be methodical, an amazing client relationship manager and of course have a sense of humour!  The agency prides itself in delivering campaigns that are award winning and having a great team behind those campaigns. They have a great culture and being integrated you do not have the added confusion of working on an inter-agency basis.

Once this campaign is wrapped up you will be able to cherry pick your next account (s) with exciting new business in the pipeline all the time.  Their current brands are top tier and ones that most envy.
