PR and Marketing Manager - In house - leading global full service agency - W1 - £35k
Fantastic opportunity to join a multi-awarding winning creative agency which has over 100 staff in London, as its in house PR & Marketing Manager!
The role will sit within their already established marketing and business services team and is varied both in terms of content and in terms of all the different people you'll get to work with.
Your role will cover Social Media, managing all the agency's channels, including but not limited to creating and uploading video content, updating platforms with information and being the point of contact for enquiries generated through social media. You'll also be in charge of writing stories for their website and keeping it up to date with content including blog posts and video case studies.
As the agency wins so many awards, this element of the role will be busy! You'll make sure you know when all the awards take place, manage the awards submissions and initiate process for each award scheme, liaising with the planners, creatives and account handlers.
The public relations side of the position will see the PR and Marketing Manager taking care of media releations with key marketing and creative trade media as well as wider business media. You'll plan feature opportunities, speaker opportunities and of course interviews. This agency is popular with its media, so they are not a hard sell! You'll also set up a journalist visit calendar, so the wider media can truely understand how the agency gets to win all their awards first hand.
Lastly, you'll be in charge of internal communications. With 100 people in London it's not an easy task! This will include an email newsletter, news updates and presenting information at company meetings. You'll also keep your global colleagues in the wider group company reguarly updated with the comings and goings of the London agency.
Minimum of four years experience in either marketing services pr, corporate comms for a relevant brand (s) or b2b trade pr and marketing.
Knowledge of the marketing and creative media and ideally contacts at the key titles
Demonstrable experience of working with multiple people on multiple projects at the same time, successfully meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
Experience of implementing b2b social media campaigns
Understanding of how to measure social media campaigns
