This leading global hotel group consistently delivers great brand experiences all over the world and prides itself on a work-force that is passionate about the brands and proud to represent the organisation.
The organisation is now looking to strengthen its internal communications team on the owner-focused side with this new role, which will report directly to the Director of Global Internal Communications.
You’ll be an experienced communicator with proven experience in managing senior stakeholders, as well as the ability to effectively deal with all levels of the organisation. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and editing skills (preferably with a journalism or Internal Communications background), will have experience working for franchised organisations, will possess a creative spark and a familiarity and appreciation for new media usage within internal communications plans, a tenacious and effervescent approach to work and a passion for producing the best results.
As part of the broader team, you will help support major communications initiatives including launches of new brands, celebrating key business milestones and advancing key engagement programmes. You will also focus on corporate responsibility, working closely with the CR team and director of Internal Communications to identify key opportunities in 2013 to tell their responsible business story.
