A leading financial services organisation is looking for a Senior Engagement Consultant to work with a range of SME businesses delivering a range of communications activity. You will be managing a team of three and delivering the headline strategy for the department that will allow the team to effectively engage with and communicate key information to certain groups.
The role is a blank canvas and initially you will be tasked the strategy and creating an engagement plan that will target all of the key stakeholders. You will be using a number of communications channels both offline and online and be able to provide a robust strategy will encompass a creative yet effective plan.
This is a complex financial role that will need an individual who has the intellectual capacity to deliver insightful communications pieces from complex financial jargon. You will be liaising with senior members of the organisation's staff and lead the communications from the Chief Executive's office.
This is a senior role that will require someone who has the gravitas and diplomacy skills to deal with a range of competing stakeholders and organisations with conflicting agendas.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following skills:
-Strong B2B stakeholder engagement experience
-Excellent writing skills from within a complex financial background
-The ability to deal with senior stakeholders and senior management
-Strong diplomacy skills and the ability to juggle competing interests at the same time
-Proven management skills and the leadership to provide strong direction to a new team
-A background in journalism with a move to communications would be the ideal profile.
