Associate Director - Strategic Reputation, Issues & Crisis Management
Our client is a specialist international consultancy that provides advice and counsel to organisations facing challenges or crises, helping them to manage these challenges and achieve their goals. Their clients include some of the world’s most influential private and public sector organizations, and their expertise and experience spans all sectors. We are now looking for an Associate Director to join their team based in London.
You will be the main point of contact with clients on the planning and implementation workstreams, providing advice and ensuring the effective delivery of programmes. You will also have a significant role in helping to develop new business, building on the consultancy’s existing networks as well as developing new relationships and opportunities.
We are looking for a talented individual with experience of providing strategic advice at a senior level on reputationally and organisationally challenging issues. You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong networking and relationship building abilities. Ideally, you will have experience of both in-house and consultancy roles working on crisis management, change management, regulatory compliance, high profile media relations, and reputation management.
As you will be delivering the full and varied range of services our client provides you must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and competent when dealing with the challenges the role faces. Well developed people and project management skills are necessary to plan, resource and deliver client projects.
