VMA Search is looking for an individual with top analytical skills for an IR Manager role with a FTSE 100 business based in Central London. To fit within the team, and be able to fulfil the requirements of the role straight away, the client is looking for someone with a financial qualification and associate numerical capabilities. This is likely to be the ACA/ACCA CFA to level II or equivalent experience/qualification.
Reporting to the Head of IR and sitting within a wider finance team, this individual will take ownership for the below:
- Financial Modelling and peer analysis
- Regular Financial reporting and RNS delivery
- Database management & analysis of assets/services
- Capital Market day development and priming key internal Directors
- Managing IR enquiries for the CFO
- Investor targeting
- Managing sell-side enquiries
- Consensus management.
To achieve to above, this individual will need very strong analytical skills. They will also have strong project management skills and the ability to work across a large matrix structured organisation. They will also have strong writing skills, and be able to present to senior management. Experience on the sell-side would be useful, but from a role which required accounting/financial analysis
