Internal Communications Manager / Internal / Central London
An Internal Communications specialist is needed by this global entertainment organisation to lead and implement the employee engagement strategy, liaising closely with the HR and Marketing functions.
The role encompasses the whole gamut of internal communications practices, including organising and leading key staff meetings, monthly video conference calls, producing content and news stories for internal publications / channels and putting together events and conferences, as well as leading the communications strategy from a more global perspective. Your overarching task is to drive the employee proposition through the creative use of internal channels and you’ll help roll out communications across a number of international territories, working alongside local MDs to do so. You’ll also touch on key areas such as diversity, health and Corporate Social Responsibility.
You’ll be required to show that you have robust experience in internal communications, which you’ll have gained from a retail, entertainment or FMCG environment. You’ll be able to demonstrate a high level of creativity in respect of the way messages are disseminated. An excellent writer and verbal communicator, you’ll be efficient, effective and a real people person. You’ll thrive on giving the best of yourself and will have a high level of attention to detail, will be able to multi-task at a fast pace and won’t mind ‘mucking in’ – this is a standalone role for which you’ll be responsible for top-end thinking right down to the sleeves-rolled-up doing side.
