The Role
- Working alongside the IC team to actively engage all staff across the Pan European territories
- Helping staff to understand the challenges and opportunities facing this business
- Proactively developing a pan European network;
- Identifying and establishing interactive opportunities to establish forums, internal social media platforms; including sourcing content and positive stories to affect change
- Creating internal communications tools that can be deployed across Europe; and encouraging a network of ambassadors
- An active interest in developing best practice
Candidate specifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A background in internal communications, ideally within a large blue chip organisation;
- Astute business and commercial awareness
- Strong written skills
- A understanding of utilising and deploying effective social media
- Good spoken and written European language skills – an advantage
