Our client is an award-winning, international agency based in London. They are seeking a Head of Digital to join their successful team.
As the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of the Digital team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing high-level accounts and the overall workflow, ensuring a high level of quality across the board
- Acting as the go-to person for new business opportunities
- Building digital content based ideas/strategies for their biggest consumer clients
- Working with a team of senior digital professionals, ensuring the smooth running of the team on all levels as well as overseeing HR issues
- Leading key-client relationships and the team on a day-to-day basis, driving innovation and creativity
- Managing budgets and finances
The successful candidate will have:
- Solid background in a PR agency, preferably in a digital agency or department
- Considerable experience working within integrated teams and leading separate practices / units
- Proven creative and strategic thinker, demonstrating award-winning work
- Be a team player, a self starter and highly motivated
- Passionate and extremely knowledgeable about digital
- Proven experience in client handling and leadership
