Comms Manager – Enterprise Support Finance Services / Internal / Greater London (West)
c £55,000 + Car allowance + pension + benefits

This global FMCG power-house is looking for a revolutionary; a change comms visionary with an in-depth understanding of employee engagement and stakeholder management.

The role sits within Enterprise Services (ES), a part of the company that delivers services in the areas of HR, IT, Finance, Information Management and Workplace and represents a professional services community of over 10,000 employees and partners. As part of the Finance Services aspect of ES, you will report to the ES/IT innovation communications director, work closely with the finance function communication director and manage a small team of communication managers.

The department is rolling out a big transformation programme across all services so the role will call on your change comms experience to ensure a smooth and positive transition.

 

You will act as a business partner/advisor to the Vice President and the heads of each change programme, create specific strategic and aligned communications plans for Finance Services aimed at all employees/stakeholders/Finance employees, coach the appropriate leaders in creating employee engagement/stakeholder support through leadership visibility, and help further the professionalization of the ES/IT communications team.
