Working within one of the most high profile divisions within the business, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the internal communications strategy and managing the core channels for the division, leading on targeted campaigns and making sure key messages are delivered to a wide and often hard to reach audience.
In this role you will work with a broad range of stakeholders including senior management; who place significant value in communications and the impact effective internal communications can have on productivity.
This would be an exciting role for an established internal communication manager looking to take the next step in their career. Fully supported by the wider communications team, you will have the ability to make full use of your creative resources. Creativity and originality is encouraged!
In order to be considered for the role you must:
- Have extensive knowledge of internal communications channels and processes.
- Be comfortable manipulating basic HTML code for intranet updates, digital publications and video
- Relevant business, editorial and internal communication experience, ideally gained in an operational environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and more importantly the ability to flex your communications style according to your audience
