Digital Account Director
Our client, a leading London PR agency, is looking for a senior digital communications expert to work across their client base to deliver best in class digital communication activities.
The successful candidate will have a great understanding of the digital/social PR space and the nuances of the difference between engaging online and offline. The kind of activities they will be undertaking will include: Community management programmes – delivering content, campaigns and actions to deliver growth and increase interaction and engagement: Digital PR – execution of blogger outreach programmes: Video – an understanding of how to create video content, knowledge of video SEO and seeding plus YouTube strategic ad spend to deliver reach: Natural SEO – the ability to identify, implement and improve natural search.
You probably started life in a traditional PR role, getting involved in digital over time and now love all things social. You should be creative, strategic but also happy to be a doer. A good black book of contacts including digital media and the blogger community would be beneficial. You must be a leader, a great communicator capable of selling in concepts to senior stakeholders. You will be driven and resilient and of course have an excellent knowledge of the latest digital tools, technologies and capabilities. Finally you must have excellent business acumen and a good understanding or where digital, and digital PR, fits in to the over all marketing mix.
