Internal Communications Manager

An exciting opportunity for a confident and autonomous Internal Communications Manager to partner with the Senior Leadership team of a well established Wealth Management Business.

As part of a wider network of Internal Communications colleagues across the business you will have sole responsibility for driving effective communications and engagement for a diverse and global workforce by:

-Driving and continuously improving employee communications and channels across several locations
-Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to deliver executive communications, as well as manage forums and cyclical events
-Developing strong relationships with Communication colleagues at group level to ensure plans are closely aligned to overarching communications strategy
-Working closely with communications colleagues in the wider business to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing
-Developing strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including HR communications

To be considered, candidates must:

-Have demonstrable experience of working as communications business partner within the private sector
-Have experience of influencing senior stakeholders
