Internal Communications Manager - FMCG

A key position at the heart of this global corporate, the focus will be on strategy and the development of innovative employee engagement programmes for global audiences in line with strategic priorities.
Working closely with senior management, you’ll advise on complex business initiatives, devise and agree programmes and follow through with successful implementation, guiding and directing colleagues in local markets to ensure excellent delivery standards and consistent messaging.
Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering complex internal communications programmes in a fast-evolving, customer facing business is essential and you’ll have first class knowledge of contemporary internal communications best practice, including tools, channels, message development and measurement. With a track record of interfacing with senior management, you’ll bring excellent client and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across functions and build relations at all levels.
