As Digital Manager, first and foremost, you must be incredibly passionate about social media. You will be working on a mix of prestigious B2B and consumer brands, responsible for contributing proactive ideas to ensure and maintain the success of the clients, and leading on the development of social media plans and strategies. The Digital Manager must quickly understand the clients' business objectives and provide innovative social media solutions to their problems, constantly monitor trends in social media platforms and applications, and use their experience to the clients' advantage. As an individual, you should be immersed in the world of social media; you will also need excellent verbal and written communication skills, and should be a fantastic client relationship manager. The ideal Digital Manager will have ideally have at least two to three years' experience working within social media and/or PR, and should be looking to develop their career within this superb agency.
