This is a rare chance to take a client service role at a thriving, well-established global communication agency and help re-define what a client lead looks like.
The agency’s London office is a key hub in a network which spans the globe – a fast-moving environment generating high-levels of income from a conglomerate of big-name clients whose brands reach far and wide.
Identifying what those clients’ very particular needs are is key to this role.
It demands someone who is able to gather a deep understanding of a client’s business goals and objectives so that they can provide very sophisticated and nuanced counsel and design appropriate strategies - these might include elements aligned with conventional PR, social media or even advertising.
While it’s likely you’ll have grown up in the PR industry it’s possible you may be coming from a broader marcoms or advertising background but possess the kind of curiosity to find out how that might play in the public relations domain. Seeing the big picture is vital here, and it will be this knack that will ultimately shape your success. This role is all about seeing beyond the minutia to identify where and how to do ‘more’ for existing clients. It will involve employing a wider view, beyond category and geography, to create a different kind of thinking, in tune with the way the agency is evolving to provide a broader and more integrated service offer.
