We are seeking a confident, creative professional to join Best Western’s Marketing Team in the exciting new role of Communications Executive.

A fantastic verbal and written communicator, you will build and maintain excellent communications between our 270 member hotels and the Best Western team.

Delivering sales and marketing initiatives to these independent, quirky, different and some historic hotels, you will act as an ambassador for our brand and the “Hotels With Personality” ethos. You will support the Head of Communications to bring colour and life to our communications and increase member hotels engagement with Best Western.
You will be used to a fast paced dynamic environment, delivering to deadline, have a keen focus to identify the hotels needs and wants and have the enthusiasm and initiative to bring new ideas to the team. You will enjoy travel; as whilst essentially this role is office based, there is potentially the opportunity to travel in the UK and Internationally.
We are looking for someone to fit with our brand values and culture; an innovative thinker, someone who can step outside their comfort zone to create new opportunities.
Essentially you will have previous communications experience either in-house or agency and have engaged with numerous stakeholders. Ideally you will have media relations experience within a hotel environment, but not essential.
