Are you a proven Account Director/Senior Account Director looking to work for an agency with a tremendous reputation nationwide, where you can really be involved with shaping the business and working first hand with the senior management team? If you are please read on.
Its difficult to give a job description for this which is set in stone, not because the agency doesn’t have a keen eye on where they want to be, more because the influx of business that they have won combined with some internal restructuring means they find themselves in a very fluid situation, and they could consider a number of candidate backgrounds to suit their needs. Ideally they are looking for candidates who are proven Account Directors with experience of managing teams and handling client strategy, preferably from a combination of b2b and consumer, although they may be able to consider ‘specialists’. You will need to be completely au fait with digital strategy and how that works with traditional PR, even if you’re not undertaking this yourself. You’ll be keen to lead from the front, always presenting a positive and forward thinking attitude to your team.

This role will involve a lot of hard work, but culture and the rewards make it worth it! To be considered you must have an agency background and ideally be at Account Director level already. We know there’s not a lot of you out there who want to stay within the agency environment, but trust us, you wouldn’t regret this move!
