Account Manager- B2B Tech Clients-Leading Tech agency in London- £30k-40K plus excellent benefits

An award winning agency working on leading brands in the Technology sphere are seeking an exceptional Account Manager. The Account Manager will manage b2b tech clients (one of a heavy vertical focus) in areas such as security, enterprise software, content management, mobile etc.

This top London agency is seeking an experienced Account Manager who's role would essentially be the hub of the account so upward and downward delegation and making sure all deliverables are met. They will support the AD on the development of creative projects, planning and strategy, messaging and media training. The candidate would report into three Account Director's and would have three/four people reporting into them.

The successful application will be currently working as an Account Manager for at least six months and needs to have excellent b2b technology PR skills. They are looking for a strong writer, someone who can identify issues and stories that are appropriate for rapid response and also the issues that would form the basis of a proactive campaign. Great press contacts at the IT trade and national press and the ability to turn tech speak into a benefits/issues led programmes. The successful Account Manager needs to be tenacious and persuasive when contacting journalists and analysts and have good client relations skills. Passion for Social Media and previous experience is a plus. The Account Manager will need to have experience in implementing creative, issues-based programmes for clients. Excellent organisation and time management is key for this role.
