In this well rounded role, you will pro-actively work with Internal Communications and specified leaders to translate business strategy into internal communication policies, plans and materials in the context of wider internal communication activities and in line with agreed governance. You will lead on specific communication initiatives and projects - taking a consultancy role to translate needs into approved plans and communications materials, develop and working stakeholder relationships and ensure the delivery of communications in line with budget and timescales.
You will implement and measure the delivery of the internal communications strategy and plan for the assigned business area and projects, in the context of wider internal communications activities and in line with agreed governance. You will also develop tools to ensure on-going measurement of effective communications and channels. You will also be reasonable of building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company as well as coach them on communications issue.
As the ideal candidate, you will need a strong track record of experience within Internal Communications, and will be able to demonstrate how you've been able to work effectively within change communications and able to manage relationships at a senior leader level. You have an in-depth understanding of internal communications processes and methodologies, as well as how to utilise creative and multi-channel internal communications techniques.
