Our client, a successful in-house FMCG company, is seeking a Communications Manager to join their logistics team based in Leicestershire. As the Communications Manager, you will be managing the employee communication if business-wide information and provide materials to ensure the delivery of consistent messages as well as providing advice and practice support for the international communication of initiatives and programmes.
Your responsibilities will involve:
- Reviewing and maintaining company branding
- Providing communications expertise to managers and critical groups
- Editing and publishing company-wide news and information ensuring it is simple, aligned and integrated
- Producing and executing plans for specific activities and events within the overall communication calendar
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience of communications planning and successful delivery of programmes. It is essential that you have exceptional written and oral communication skills and are able to produce material for a range of audiences. You must also have proven project management and organisational skills.
