We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative and experienced internal communications manager to help get the message out to our 7,000 plus employees based across the UK.
As part of a small team you’ll work across a variety of bank-wide communication channels, supporting the CEO and senior stakeholders. You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills, a proactive can-do attitude and be able to cope with a busy and demanding workload. With an understanding of diverse communication techniques and a proven track record in delivering results, you’ll bring creativity and flair, along with a strong sense of how to manage reputational risk.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you’ll have extensive experience of operating at a strategic communication level, designing and implementing internal communication strategies.
